Here’s a few answers to frequently asked questions:
My booking was cancelled due to unsuitable conditions, how do I get a refund? Just pop us an email at bookings@sortedsurfshop.co.uk with the name on your booking and your booking confirmation code (from your confirmation email) and we can process the refund for you. Please note that refunds can take 5-10 working days to clear in your bank account.
Is Kids Club running this season? Unfortunately, as of Spring 2022 we are unable to run Kids Club due to staffing and logistical issues. If this changes we will post an update to our social channels and website.
Do I need to pay a deposit? We take full payment to confirm bookings - if you need to cancel your session just let us know with at least 48 hours notice (or 5 days notice for private groups) otherwise we cannot refund your payment.
Can I book hire equipment? We don’t accept prebookings on any hire equipment. All hire is on a first-come first-served basis, and you will need valid ID, a credit/debit card and previous experience in order to hire.

We are 2 minutes to the left (East) of Boscombe Pier on the seafront promenade. There is ample parking nearby but we recommend getting down early (before 9am) on hot summer days as the closest car parks fill up quickly.
